* You can request any logo/name (inbox us or write it in the box)

* Take care of your custom cup by keeping it in a safe place when it's time for storage. Make sure it's clean by using a damp cloth, avoid saturating the cup with water and/or solution.(read the store policy for more details).

* The design process can take 2-4 weeks before it's shipped off to you. Please read store policy for more details.
